Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide but do not deliver to PO Boxes.

We will add a shipping fee to your order that reflects the cost of expediting it, but excludes any taxes, duties and fees fees that may apply in your country. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Any shipping charges due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

Your order will be sent to you from Hong Kong by Speedpost and should reach you within 7 working days. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a Speedpost tracking number that allows you to check the status of your delivery at www.hongkongpost.com/speedpost.

Flying Zacchinis accepts returns for exchanges or store credit if requested within 14 days of purchase.  Please contact us prior to mailing returned or exchanged product stating the problem and instructions will be sent to you.  All returned and exchanged goods must be in original condition and not used with the original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
